Palladium Insurance Broker, a company of the Hungarian Brokernet Group has recently launched its operations on the Romanian market. Palladium, a Cluj - Napoca based firm, will start serving clients nationwide from mid- July. The firm plans to open 10 offices in Romania by the end of this year and aims to double the number of its offices, establish a client base of 5,000, and securing a market-leading position by 2012.

Brokernet Group has been present in the region for 11 years, with operations in Hungary and Slovakia. The group has over 4,000 professional financial consultants and has brokered EUR 785 million worth of insurance to over 200,000 clients. The group managed assets of EUR 500 million, being Central Europe’s largest subscriber of investment funds.
