PM asks ministers to smoke outside the Govt. building as smoking ban enforced in Romania
Romania’s Prime Minister Dacian Ciolos invited his cabinet members to smoke outside the Government’s building as a new law that bans smoking in all enclosed public spaces became effective on Wednesday, March 16.
Ciolos asked the Government’s secretary general to see to it that a special place for smokers is set up outside the Government’s building in Bucharest’s Victoriei Square, according to local Mediafax.
He also announced that a guide containing information about the smoking ban has been created. The guide, which will include the new law’s implementing rules, will also be available online.
