Politehnica University in Bucharest wants to sell energy on Romanian power exchange OPCOM
The Politehnica University of Bucharest recently launched its first offer to sell energy on the local power exchange OPCOM, the bid being scheduled for April 8, according to an announcement posted on OPCOM.
The minimum amount offered is 6.2 MWh, while the maximum is 5,991 MWh. The minimum price is RON 166 per MWh (some EUR 37) and the delivery time is April 16-December 31, 2014.
The university owns a 30 KWp photovoltaic power station, according to its data. The Politehnica University of Bucharest is one of the oldest and most prestigious schools in Romania. The university currently consists of 15 different faculties.
