Romanian president calls PM, labor minister to talks on public wage law
Romania’s President Klaus Iohannis called for a meeting with prime minister Viorica Dancila and labor minister Lia Olguta Vasilescu, on Tuesday, April 3, to talk about the effects of the public wage law.
The talks will also cover the effects of the fiscal measures that entered into force at the beginning of this year.
The president’s request came after the budget execution date for the first two months of this year showed a deficit of 0.59% of the GDP, the highest for this period in the last eight years.
