PwC Romania, one of the Big 4 audit and financial consultancy firms on the local market, aims to draw about 150 juniors for its offices in Bucharest, Cluj-Napoca, Timisoara, Iasi and Chisinau.

The campaign targets students, fresh graduates and professionals with 1-2 years of experience, who will join the company’s audit and tax departments.

“PwC Romania had a solid turn-over growth in the past two years, surpassing the RON 200 million threshold, together with the substantial increase of the number of consultants. At this point we have over 750 professionals, in 6 offices in Romania and Republic of Moldova. We also have very ambitious plans to continue attracting the most promising talents on the market and offer them exceptional career opportunities,” said Ionuț Simion, Country Managing Partner PwC Romania.

This year, the company has simplified the recruitment process and everything connected to candidates’ preselection will be done online. The process will start with an ability test and a video interview.
