Qatar Airways organizes new recruiting session for Romanians

Airline Qatar Airways is currently recruiting Romanians for cabin crew positions. The airline is organizing a CV submission day in Bucharest today (Friday, December 7), at the Pullman hotel, between 09:00 and 12:00. Candidates must be at least 21 years old, be fluent in spoken and written English and be willing to relocated to Doha, in Qatar. Another requirement is the minimum arm reach of 221 centimeters – on tip toes. Excellent health and fitness, and at least a high school degree are also required.

Qatar Airways inaugurated its Bucharest route in early 2011. the airline had previous recruitment sessions in Romania, with one in Iasi and another in Bucharest earlier in June this year. According to previous information, salaries would start at some USD 1,500, and the three – year contract would include medical and life insurance.

Quatar Airways is half owned by the Government of Qatar, the rest of its shares being in the hands of private shareholders. It operates flights connecting Bucharest to Doha in Qatar, Sofia in neighboring Bulgaria, Singapore, Bangkok, among others.
