Raluca Tintoiu from ING Pensions takes helm of Association of Privately Managed Pension Funds in Romania
Raluca Ţintoiu, the general manager of ING Pensions in Romania, was recently elected president of the Association of Privately Managed Pension Funds in Romania, replacing Marius Popescu from ING Life Insurance, who is a board member with ING pensions. Thus the leadership of the association stays with ING Pensions.
Crinu Andanut, the general manager of Allianz – Tiriac Private Pensions was elected vice-president of the association. Andanut was president of the association between 2008 and 2011. He now replaces Mihai Coca-Cozma, the general manager of Alico Pensii, as vice-president.
The other three members of the association’s board were also elected: Claudia Ionescu, head of the titles division with BRD Groupe SocieteGenerale, Ioan Vreme, board president with Generali Pensions – both of whom were in the previous board as well, and Mugur Popescu, investment director BCR Pensions, who is at his first mandate in the board.
The president, vice-president and the three board members’ mandates will last for three years.
Raluca Ţintoiu became the general manager of ING Pensions in Romania in 2013, when she replaced Marius Popescu, who moved on to run ING Life Insurance.
Tintoiu joined ING Pensions from Unicredit Group, where she was Managing Director, Head of Corporate Finance Advisory Romania between 2010 and 2013. Prior to that, she was manager in charge with business development with an ING branch in Bucharest, and vice-president and director of ING Corporate Finance.
