The local subsidiary of the Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) has reshuffled its administration council, which now includes four executive members- Johan Gabriels, the bank's CEO, Magdalena Manea, Robert Hadley and Robert Karreman, the bank's vice-presidents, as well as five non-executive members – Roxana Moldova, Adrian Manaicu, Phil McDuell, Jeroen Kremers and Gianni Piolini.

The bank has also made changes to its management team. Radu Ropota is the new director of the Corporate Clients division, Adina Enescu is the new head of the Financial Institutions and Public Sector Clients division. Liudmila Drozdea is the new head of banking transactions, while Cosmin Bucur has been named head of the Financial Markets division. Raluca Ionescu is the new head of Legal, while Marijana Vasilescu is at the helm of the Communications and Marketing department.

RBS has also brought Robert Karreman to lead its Risk Management department, while John Bell heads the Retail division.
