A real estate compound comprising several 30-floor buildings might be built in Bucharest’s District 2, on the premises of the Sintofarm and Solaris factories.

The compound would be located on 25, Electronicii street/22, Ziduri Intre Vii street, according to an Urban Area Plan to be voted by the General Council of Bucharest during a session scheduled for January 30.

The beneficiaries of the real estate project are Sintofarm SA and Atlas Solaris SRL, shows the plan.

According to the plan posted on the Bucharest City Hall’s website, the project will include several 30-story buildings, and will be built on an area of some 8.8 hectares.

The compound will have mixed function, including residential buildings and commercial spaces.
