Rock band Whitesnake returns to Bucharest for July concert
British rock band Whitesnake will perform in Bucharest on July 3 this year at Romexpo. The concert will promote the latest album of the band, “Forevemore”, which will be released on March 25. The Bucharest concert has been confirmed on the band's website, but information about ticket prices has not yet been released. The band has previously performed in Romania, in 2008, in a concert which was part of their European tour "The Good and The Bad", alongside Def Leppard.
Whitesnake is a rock band from Middlesbrough, England, founded in 1977 by former Deep Purple front man David Coverdale. The current members of the band are David Coverdale (lead vocals), Doug Aldrich (guitar), Reb Beach (guitar), Michael Devin (bass), Brian Tichy (drums) and Brian Ruedy (keyboards).
Among their most successful hit singles are “Here I go Again” (listen to it below), “Is this Love”, “Fool for your Loving” and “Don’t break my Heart Again”. The first single from the new album was released on February 21 and it’s called "Love Will Set You Free" (listen to it below). More about the band on its website here.
