Rock legend Nazareth to perform again in Romania next year
Nazareth, one of the rock legends of the 1970s, will perform again in Romania on January 24, 2012, at Hard Rock Cafe in the capital city. The concert is part of an international tour to promote the band's latest album, entitled "Big Dogz", released this spring.
Nazareth is a Scottish rock band that was formed in December 1968 in Dunfermline, Scotland, out of the ashes of semi-professional local group The Shadettes. The band had several hits in the UK in the early 1970s, and established an international audience with their 1975 album “Hair of the Dog”. Perhaps their best-known hit single was a cover of the ballad "Love Hurts", in 1975. Read more about the band here.
Tickets for this event can be purchased for prices between RON 90 and RON 400 from Hard Rock Cafe in Bucharest, Adevarul bookshops, Flanco, Muzica, Victoriei stores, Unirea Shopping Center, and Palatul National al Copiilor.
