Roger Sanchez to mix in Bucharest for the first time at B’estfest this summer

One of the most popular DJs in the world, Roger Sanchez, will come for the first time in Romania this year. He will perform at the B’estfest music festival in the Romanian capital city Bucharest on July 1, the first day of the festival.

Roger Sanchez, born in Queens, New York City, is an American house music DJ who has scored many hits in the European and World Charts. Some of them are „Another Chance”, "You Can't Change Me", "Nothing 2 Prove", "Turn On The Music" and "Lost". He is also known for his song remixes of some the most well-known artists like Michael Jackson, Jamiroquai, Daft Punk, Lenny Kravitz, Garbage, Alicia Keys, Anastacia, Kylie, Madonna, Depeche Mode, Brandon Flowers and Robbie Williams. His remix of No Doubt’s song „Hella Good” broght him an Emmy Award. So far he has recorded 23 albums and 28 remixes.

Other artists to perform at B’estfest festival this year are Skunk Anansie, Mika, Flogging Molly, Asian Dub Foundation, LAMB, Pendulum, House of Pain and Hadouken!

B’estfest will take place between July 1 and 3 this year in B’estfest Park, an open-air area, on the shore of Lake Pasara in Tunari village, only 10 minutes away from the Presei Libere square, at the outskirts on Bucharest.

Tickets for B'estfest can be purchased online at www.myticket.ro, or in Diverta shops, Muzica music store, Mihai Eminescu bookshop and The Ark club. The ticket prices will vary from RON 125 to RON 150 for a one day ticket and RON 265 to RON 285 for a three-day pass, depending on when you buy the ticket. The camping access voucher costs the same, RON 15, even if you buy it on the day of the event or earlier.
