Romania to be affected economically, not military, by conflict in the region
Romania will not be threatened military or territorially by a conflict in the area, but it will be affected economically, said the director of Romania’s Intelligence Service SRI, George Maior, quoted by Mediafax.
Institutions in strategic areas need to be supported by the political class to face the situation. Since joining the NATO, the political class in Romania had to learn better the challenges faced by the states and by the international community, said Maior.
