Romania’s Government will launch a series of measures that will help develop the middle class in the rural areas, said the Prime Minister Dacian Ciolos.

The Agriculture Ministry and the Prime Minister's Chancellery will work in the next weeks on such a program, using the Rural Development National Program as well as other operational programs financed with EU funds.

The measures will be launched most probably in March. They should help people develop entrepreneurship skills starting from agriculture to the agri-food sector.
