Romanian aircraft producer wants to pay EUR 2.8 mln dividends
The board of directors of aircraft producer Aerostar Bacau, a company listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, has proposed total dividends of EUR 2.8 million to the company’s shareholders.
Aerostar is willing to pay a gross dividend of RON 0.084 for 2015, which translates into a 3.1% yield, based on the current share price, reports local Ziarul Financiar. The dividends would be 5.6% lower compared to last year, although the profit increased by 165% in 2015 compared to 2014.
Local company Iarom, which is owned by three Romanian investors, is the majority shareholder with a stake of 71.2% followed by the investment fund SIF Moldova which has a stake of 14.8%.
