Romanian app producer Zitec increased its turnover by 50% in the first half of the year compared to the same period in 2014. The company plans to increase its sales to EUR 5 million this year.

In 2015, Zitec will record a double-digit growth for the fifth year in a row. The increase is due to the software development and IT consultancy services, as well as the online marketing services.

Half of the total revenues recorded by Zitec came from projects delivered to foreign customers and half from contracts with local companies. The producer’s new clients include STMicroelectronics, Groupama, and the City Grill restaurant network.

The company has invested so far in seven startups from San Francisco, New York, London, Amsterdam, and Romania.
