Online applications producer Zitec posted a EUR 3.3 million turnover in 2014, up 50% over the previous year.

This is the fourth year when the company records a double-digit turnover growth.

55% of the firm’s revenues came from projects delivered to foreign clients while 45% came from contracts with local companies.

Zitec attracted new local clients in 2014, such as PayU, Flanco and Groupama.

It generated most of the foreign revenues from contracts with companies from the US and the UK, said Alexandru Lapusan, CEO and co-founder of Zitec.

The company had 110 employees last year, but it plans to hire 50 more people this year.
