Romanian cosmetics producer makes EUR 2.2 mln investments in 25 years
Romanian cosmetics producer Cosmetic Plant has registered a constant increase in turnover and has made total investments of EUR 2.2 million in 25 years of existence, according to a company statement.
Most of the money has been invested in building and equipping the existing production facility. The company has also invested constantly in upgrading and increasing its production capacity.
“The company’s positive development was possible through the systematic reinvestment of profits. Basically, since 2006, we have reinvested the profits every year to ensure an effective development of the company,” said Susana Laszlo, general manager Cosmetic Plant.
Moreover, the company has sold millions of products since its establishment in 1991. It has made exports to 24 countries such as the Republic of Moldova, Hungary, Jordan, Lebanon, Greece, Austria, Portugal the UK, and Germany.
Its turnover increased from EUR 1.2 million in 2010 to some EUR 2 million last year.
Cosmetic Plant was founded in 1991 by pharmacist Ileana Mester. Its portfolio currently includes more than 100 products.
