Young Romanian developers launch new operating system
A group of young people from Cluj-Napoca, in north-western Romania, have launched a new operating system which was specifically developed for education, but also for the use in public administration.
The developers said that they have been working on this product for several years, reports local Economica.net. Public institutions can test it for free. The operating system, which is called Kogaion, targets normal users, the Romanian education system and the public administration.
The team is now working on two other operating systems, namely Argent, which is especially designed for the defense institutions, and a system called Argos, designed for tablets and mobile phones.
