Three in ten Romanian employees, happy with extra-salary benefits
Only 28% of the Romanian employees are satisfied with the extra-salary benefits offered by the companies they work for, according to a survey the eJobs recruitment site released yesterday.
Employees mostly want to benefit from professional development courses or medical subscriptions to private clinics.
The most popular extra-salary benefits the companies currently provide are the subscriptions to private healthcare clinics (56%). Other popular benefits include flexible work schedule (53%), personal development courses (43%), vouchers or discounts to affiliated partners (33%) and sports and leisure facilities (31%).
However, employees have slightly different expectations. Some 82% of the respondents said that they would like to receive professional development courses whereas 78% would like to receive subscriptions to private clinics. Meanwhile, 62% of them believe that a flexible program is essential.
