Romanian finds wallet with EUR 2,200 in the parking, gives it to the police
A man from Timis county found a wallet with EUR 2,200 in a parking located near DN6 national road, and gave it to the police.
The man, aged 39, found the wallet on Monday morning at around 10:50. When he opened it, he found personal documents and EUR 2,200 inside. He then gave the wallet and the money to the police in Belint commune.
Later the same day, the police found the owner and returned him his wallet.
In a statement, the Police inform that those who find goods and don’t give them to the authorities or the owners in maximum ten days risk jail time.
