Romanian industrial output slows down growth with 10.5% rise in ten months

Romania's industrial output went up by 10.5 percent in the first ten months of the year compared to the same period of last year, according to data from the Statistics Institute. The mining sector went down by 7.1 percent, while capital goods went up 17.1 percent. The energy sector was also among the performers, with a 13.9 percent growth.

The industrial output went however downwards in October on September this year, decreasing by 4.7 percent, according to Agerpres newswire.  The industrial output growth was of 10.8 percent for the first nine months of the year.
