Romanian inventors get 24 gold medals at Geneva inventions fair

Romanian researchers have won 49 medals at the recent edition of the International Exhibition of Inventions in Geneva (Switzerland), according to the Romanian National Authority for Scientific Research (ANCS). Romanian inventors won 24 gold medals, 18 silver and seven bronze medals, as well as 20 special prizes. Of the 49 inventions presented in Geneva, 40 were displayed by ANCS, while costs for the other nine were covered by inventors or research-development units.
