The founder of EEU Software, Malin Stefanescu, recently purchased 11.5 percent stake in online gaming company Green Horse Games, which developed the CarsCup online game. The value of the investment was not revealed. However, the money will be used to further improve the CarsCop concept and for developing future online games.

Last year, George Lemnaru - founder of Green Horse Games - presented his CarsCup project at Venture Connect, an event addressing projects in the IT, Technology, Online and E-Commerce areas, which tries to facilitate investors’ direct contact with successful business ventures. CarsCup is a social game that allows players to upgrade the virtual version of their real life cars, improve them and participate in races around the world.

Malin Stefanescu has an experience of over 17 years in the software industry. He is the founder and president of EEU Software, a software development company established in 2000. Also, the Romanian businessman is associate partner at RedUmbrella.ro and Ludic Greek.
