Romanian Ion Tiriac’s Stejarii Country Club in Bucharest to be completed this fall, following EUR 18 mln investment
Stejarii Country Club, a leisure complex developed by Romanian investor Ion Tiriac in Baneasa forest in northern Bucharest, is to be completed this fall, following a total investment of around EUR 18 million.
Built on an area of around 22,000 smq, the complex offers access to a wide range of facilities, such as fitness, swimming pools, indoor and outdoor tennis courts, squash courts, jogging track, relaxation areas and SPA. The complex also includes a tourist information office, a first aid room and 300 parking places.
“Through the facilities offered by Stejarii Country Club, we want to provide an active and healthy lifestyle for families, but also a suitable place for business networking,” said John Kraemer, operational manager Stejarii Country Club.
The concept of the club, inspired by New York’s Central Park, was designed by London-based architecture company Collado Collins.
