Romanian joins Young Global Leaders community
A young Romanian was chosen to take part in the Young Global Leaders community at Davos.
The World Economic Forum in Davos recently announced the selection of Romanian Irina Anghel-Enescu, managing director of South Eastern European Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (SEEPEA), in the Young Global Leaders community.
She joins an impressive list of personalities, which over time included the British Prime Minister David Cameron, the founders of Google, Facebook and Wikipedia, as well as Yahoo CEO Marissa Mayer, TV star Oprah Winfrey and the famous tennis player Roger Federer.
With an experience of over 15 years in the industry of private investments, Irina Anghel-Enescu is part of the Representative Group of the European Venture Capital Association and is managing director of SEEPEA.
She is president of the Harvard Club of Romania and Moldova and is member of the boards of several non-profit organizations. Her entire CV here.
