Romanian journalist Radu Moraru launches Nasul TV with EUR 0.6 mln investment

Romanian journalist Radu Moraru (in picture) will launch a new TV station, Nasul TV, following an investment of EUR 600,000. Among other journalists who will collaborate with the new TV station, are Cristian Topescu, Grigore Cartianu, Olimpian Ungherea, Alex Mihai Stoenescu.

Radu Moraru expects revenues of EUR 1.5 million in 2012 and up to EUR 2 million in 2013. The new TV station is operated by Breaking News SRL, a company owned by Anda Blondu and Ioana Lacramioara Reit.

Radu Moraru said that there is already an agreement with ATKA for re-broadcasting Nasul TV. He added:“we will also have meetings with other operators and I hope to sign contracts with all operators.”

Radu Moraru was the project manager of Zece TV, a general interest TV station launched in December last year and closed down in October this year.  The TV station was launched by telecom company RCS&RDS, which is currently preparing for the launch of a news TV station.
