Romanian online retailer evoMAG.ro aims for 20% higher sales

Romanian online retailer evoMAG.ro wants to increase its turnover this year by 20%, to over EUR 20 million.

The company’s growth would exceed the evolution of the online IT&C retail market, which will increase this year by about 10-15%.

The retailer wants to invest in its online platform, vary its portfolio and increase its orders.

Last year, evoMAG had 30% more orders than in 2013, and this year, 50% more orders compared to the beginning of last year, said Mihai Patrascu, CEO evoMAG.

The company plans to include in its offer books, sporting goods, clothes, footwear and wearable technology. It also wants to develop other types of platforms for navigating and completing online orders.
