Romanian president Klaus Iohannis will attend on Friday, February 23, the informal reunion of the European Council in Brussels, which will have on its agenda themes related to the negotiations for the future multi-annual EU budget after 2020 and the European Parliament structure for 2019-2024.

The reunion should clarify the timetable for the negotiations on the next EU budget and the priorities for EU financing.
