Romanian President Klaus Iohannis signed on Monday, December 29, the decrees for promulgating the state budget law and the state social insurance budget law for 2015, following the Constitutional Court’s decision to reject the claim of unconstitutionality, according to a statement of the Presidential Administration.

The Constitutional Court ruled on Monday that the state budget law for 2015 is constitutional, rejecting the complaint of the National Liberal Party PNL which invoked, among other things, the lack of a fiscal strategy and the fact that the budget should have been submitted to the Parliament before November 15, reports local Mediafax.
