Telecom operator RCS & RDS, controlled by the Romanian investor Zoltan Teszari, recorded the highest revenue growth rate of the big local telecom players. Its turnover went up by 17% last year, to over EUR 600 million.

The operator’s net losses dropped from EUR 15.7 million to almost EUE 4 million last year. The average number of employees grew by 516 reaching 10,579, according to the company.

The company ranks fourth among the telecom operators, in a market dominated by Orange, Vodafone, and Telekom. RCS & RDS, however, has managed to catch up. The company saw the highest number of transferred numbers from other networks.
