Romanian retailer Domo has appointed Kim Koellner as its new CEO, taking over from Dragos Dinu. The Romanian has acted as interim and led the transition and reorganization of the retailer.

Koellner, with ten years of experience in retail in France, Germany and Romania, will lead the company through a new stage of development, from a family company, to an international company. The new CEO will take the helm of the firm on November 15. Dragos Dinu decided to focus on several personal projects, after fulfilling his objectives more rapidly than estimated.

Koellner wants to develop retail models, with internet and digital retail the platforms to multiply the potential of classic retail.

The Domo management team will continue to be supported by representatives of the company's shareholders, Eugen Petrov as president of the board and Sigmund Klein, consultant in the board.
