Romanian Road Police officer found driving with fake license
A chief in the Romanian Road Police who is in charge of driving education has been driving without a valid driving permit.
Instead, the man, who had been driving both his personal car and his work car, was using a driving license issued on somebody else's name.
The information was revealed by accident, when officer Augustin Căpâlnaş, from the Road Police, wanted to move to another department, and was asked to provide several documents including a driving license, according to Mediafax newswire, quoting unnamed Police sources.
The officer, currently on medical leave, will be investigated as part of a criminal case.
