Romanian Senate tacitly passes bill on personal insolvency
The draft law on personal insolvency, which was approved by the Government, reached on Monday the term for tacit adoption in the Senate and will go to the Chamber of Deputies for debates, reports local Economica.net.
This is the only proposal on personal insolvency that received a favorable opinion from the Government. Several such initiatives are at the Chamber of Deputies, after they've passed the tacit adoption in the Senate but were never discussed.
