Romanian tax authority to open Bucharest store selling confiscated goods
The Romanian tax authority (ANAF) will open the first store which will sell confiscated goods in Bucharest. The store will be opened on Monday, December 13, and ANAF hopes its revenues from selling confiscated goods will increase with the new opening. ANAF has 21 such stores across the country.
The store will be opened in a former headquarters of the district 4 Public Finance Administration, on 14 Mariuca St. ANAF cashed in around EUR 8.1 million from selling confiscated goods in the first ten months of the year.
