The number of subscribers to Romanian YouTube channels exceeded 95.8 million at the end of June, up 28% compared to January.

Music publishers ranked first, with 24.7 million subscribers, according to data published on Friday by the platform Zelist.ro. They were followed by vloggers, with 24.3 million subscribers. Musicians and artists ranked third, with over 16 million subscribers. At the opposite pole, news publishers had only 247,777 subscribers.

Users posted over 61,500 videos between January and June via Romanian YouTube channels, which were viewed almost 3.7 billion times. During this period, videos received 8.4 million comments and 95 million positive votes. The number of negative votes amounted to 3.96 million.
