Romania's Civil Servants Agency awards EUR 3 mln electronic archiving contract
Romanian company Certsign, member of UTI group, will supply the National Agency for Civil Servants (ANFP) electronic archiving services and electronic signature.
The 12-month contract is worth EUR 3.2 million (VAT included), reports local Mediafax. It will be financed from European non-reimbursable funds and the state budget.
UTI System is owned by the businessman Tiberiu Urdareanu, son of general Tiberiu S Urdareanu, who led the Tank and Auto Command during the Communist era.
UTI has recently signed a EUR 9 million contract to digitize the public transport system management in Burgas, Bulgaria.
In December last year, UTI won a EUR 6.6 million contract to digitize the public transport system in Brasov, central Romania.
