Romania’s economic sentiment improves in October
Trust in the Romanian economy improved in October, after seeing a decline in September, while economic sentiment improved across the EU for the first time in the last four months, according to data from the European Commission.
The trust index in Romania’s economy was up 1.5 point, to 101.3 points in October. The biggest increases in economic sentiment for Romania were recorded for retail and industry. Consumer trust improved, but it is still negative – minus 26 points.
