Romania's Ministry of Finance borrows at absolute record low
The Ministry of Public Finance on Thursday, February 5, borrowed EUR 136 million from commercial banks, through a bond issue with a 4-year maturity.
It borrowed at a 1.99% yield, a record low for the Romanian state at auctions in the Romanian currency leu, reports local Economica.net.
