Romania’s roads authority auctions feasibility studies for 10 highways
The Romanian National Company for Motorways and National Roads (CNADNR) expects to pay up to EUR 78 million, including VAT, for contracting feasibility studies needed for the construction of 10 highways with a total length of almost 1,000 km.
The companies interested to bid have until June 17 to submit offers, reports local Mediafax.
The feasibility studies will be made for the following highway segments: Brasov-Bacau (170 km), Bacau-Pascani (77 km), Buzau-Focsani (67.3 km), Bucharest-Alexandria (80.5 km), Focsani-Bacau (120 km), Pascani-Siret (100 km), Ploiesti-Buzau (75 km), Alexandria-Craiova (140 km), Craiova-Calafat (85 km) and Bucharest-Giurgiu (60 km).
The projects will be financed from European Funds and money from the state budget.
