Romania’s Senate votes higher budget for next year
The Romanian Senate adopted this week a budget of EUR 24.6 million for 2015, up 5.5% compared to the one for this year, reports local Agerpres.
In terms of personnel costs, the Senate’s 2015 budget stipulates the amount of some EUR 18 million, up 4.7% year-on-year. The expenditures on goods and services amount to EUR 4.8 million, 6.7% lower than this year.
The number of employees stipulated in next year’s budget amounts to 872.
The Senators approved the draft budget for 2015 with 105 votes in favour, 3 votes against and 3 abstentions.
