Tax Agency ANAF will display a notice on the door of individuals or companies that refuse to receive fiscal documents, such as orders, notifications or decisions, sent to their home or offices, according to an amendment project to the Fiscal Procedure Code.

The notice will also be displayed on the door when the person is not at home to receive the documents, reports local Profit.ro. The notice left on the door will include the institution's name, the number of the fiscal document sent and the date when the notice was displayed.

The taxpayer can go to the ANAF office to get the fiscal document in maximum 15 days after receiving the notice. If the person fails to come within this time frame, the document is considered sent.
