Romanian private medical care company Romgermed will open the ambulatory outpatient clinic of its Romgermed Hospital at the end of January 2012, following an investment of EUR 1 million. The entire hospital, which will have some 250 beds, will require an investment of EUR 20 million. It will be located in a renovated building on Calea Plevnei, where Romgermed already opened a lab, a EUR 0.5 million project.

The new walk in clinic will have a contract with the country's Health Insurance House, which means patients will be able to get medical services covered by the state health insurance system. The new hospital will cover 6,000 sqm.
