Romstrade to build Charles de Gaulle Square underpass in Bucharest with EUR 30 mln

Romanian construction company Romstrade, owned by Romanian businessman Nelu Iordache,  and Metroul SA company will build the underpass in Charles de Gaulle Square in the capital city, with over EUR 30 million, without VAT.

The contract, financed with budgetary funds, has been awarded on August 1 this year and has a duration a duration of three years. The underpass will be built on Aviatorilor blvd.'s direction and will have a total length of 1,392 meters. The construction works will start at the end of this year.

Later this month, the City Hall will also start the construction work at an underground parking in Charles de Gaulle. The access to the parking will also be provided through the underpass.
