Romtelecom is auctioning off a total of 10 real-estate properties located in Bucharest and Iasi, Galati, Braila, Tulcea, Vrancea and Hunedoara counties in Romania. The company set a cumulated starting price of EUR 3.6 million, without VAT, reports local Mediafax.

The deadline for submitting offers if September 5, while the auction will take place between September 8 and October 31. The telecom operator accepts offers for the entire package, but also for individual properties.

In Bucharest, Romtelecom wants to sell a commercial space located on 43 Calea Giulesti, and four buildings on 5 Nicolae Iorga street with a total surface of 390 square meters. The starting price for the commercial space is of over EUR 353,000, while the price for the property on Nicolae Iorga street starts at EUR 850,000.

Telecom company Romtelecom is majority controlled by Greek group OTE.
