Rothschild fund ends real estate partnership with Israeli Ocif
Financial group Rothschild, through investment fund EdR Real Estate (Eastern Europe) has ended the partnership with real estate investor Ocif, according to a company announcement quoted by Romanian magazine Capital. The decision was triggered by lack of agreement in managing the planned projects. The two partners were building two residential projects together in Bucharest. One of them, Vivando Unirii (in pic), is approaching the end of construction works for the 110 apartments.
EdR Real Estate (Eastern Europe) is partnering other developers in Romania: Nanette Real Estate, Atlas Real Estate, Euro Habitat and BSR Europe.
