Russian Film festival kicks off in Bucharest on Friday – see complete schedule of screenings
The Russian Film Festival kicks off on Friday, October 22 in Bucharest and will be on until October 28 at the Studio Cinema (MAP) and at the Cinemateca Eforie (MAP) in the capital city. The event is organized by the Romanian Cultural Institute (ICR) in partnership with the National Film Archives, the Cinema Union and the Mosfilm Studios.
21 feature length movies will be screened during the festival, dating from the 1958, as well as newer productions. Animation movies created between 1930 and 1970 will also be screened. Movies will have Romanian only subtitles. Ticket prices will be of RON 10 at the Studio Cinema and at Cinemateca Eforie, and RON 8/5 for Cinemateca Eforie subscribers.
