Sales of Romanian Dacia in France, down by 10%
Dacia car registrations dropped in France by 9.9% in the first five months of the year, to some 42,500 units. It recorded the biggest decline among car brands with a high sale volume.
The French car market increased by 3.8% to 791,000 units.
Dacia had a market share of 5.38% in France at the end of May, down from 5.52% at the end of April, reports local Wall-street.ro. Dacia’s market share reached 6.19% in the same period last year.
In May, the Dacia sales in France dropped by 10.3% year-on-year, reaching some 6,800 units. The French car market went down by 4% to 143,000 units.
