The former digital publisher of Sanoma Romania and the manager of another digital project in Romania have acquired the website Magazinuldecase.ro from Sanoma Digital Romania.

Adina Vasilescu, the former digital publisher of Sanoma Romania, and Daciana Bătrîneanu, general manager of ROL Online Network, are the new owners of the real estate classifieds website.

Sanoma had bought the site in 2010 from its founders, Matei Malos, Elena Anghel, Alexandru Dima and Paul Ghinea. When it was first sold to Sanoma, the website was three years old. Back then, the site had brokered 4,800 real estate deals, the largest at the time being the EUR 3.5 million sale of Romanian businessman Cristian Tantareanu's villa.

Sanoma Hearst Romania, the other subsidiary of the group in Romania, recently sold its portfolio to Burda România. The website Magazinuldecase.ro was the only digital project of Sanoma Digital Romania and the last remaining asset to be sold by the group in Romania.
