A charity auction in aid of the Concordia Humanitarian Organization’s ‘Save one life, save the whole world’ appeal is scheduled for December 12 in the JW Marriott Bucharest’s Constanta Ballroom. Kicking off at 20:00, luxury goods from Frey Wille, Dunhill, Bang & Olufsen, Davidoff and Le Midi will be auctioned off, with all the proceeds going to Concordia. The take from ticket sales will also be donated to the organization.

As well as the auction the evening features performances by children involved in Concordia’s projects. Also on the roster are the Roses Orchestra, the Drummers, an ensemble of folk dance group, an instrumental folk music band, a solo dulcimer and a karate demonstration. Children from the project will speak about their lives and what the humanitarian group’s work means to them.

Organized jointly by The Grand and Concordia, representatives of both organizations will attend the event. The organizers hope to make this an annual fixture on Bucharest’s social calendar.
